Digital camera Review: A Breeze to use

I am not particularly computer literate (I grew up before the ball point pen became a standard), so much so that I avoided setting up a network for my wireless computer, printer, and wired desktop for fear of messing the whole thing up. Instead I lived with switching my ATT Mercury modem from computer to computer (which meant I could only access the Internet and e-Mail when my wife wasn't using it - which finally seemed to be all the time). ATT recomended a different Cradlepoint product but it would not work with my wired desktop. After reading all of the alternatives (manufacturer Web Sites, Amazon Product Literature; and, particularly Amazon user reviews, I even sent an e-Mail to Cradlepoint with a question which was promptly, politely; and, informatively answered) I settled on the CTR500 as the best choice for me. (Please note that I bought direct from Quantum, not from Amazon, because their direct price was significantly below what they were charging on Amazon.) While the product did not set up in 10 minutes, it didn't take long to have it operating, perhaps 20 minutes, on at least the wired computer. I had a little issue with the wireless because of how I had jury rigged it to work wirelessly with my printer. I called Cradlepoint and simultaneously initiated a "chat" with them on line. I got a real person on the phone at the same time someone answered my chat. I stayed with the phone contact and in 15 very polite, courteous, patient - his - minutes the problem was solved. The device has worked flawlessly ever since (about a month now) with no apparent loss of speed, no dropped connections, and no more difficulties with ATT Communication Manager. I can recommend this CTR500 highly to ATT subscribers.
