I am very hard on small electronics. You should see the cell phones I have destroyed. This hard plastic case has saved my Zen player many times. I like the beaner type ring for conveniently attaching my player to a belt loop. The only real problem is the small piece of cloth attaching the ring to the case. It is already showing wear and I don't think it will last long. I see duct tape in the future. A little pricey but cheaper than replacing a player. This doesn't really apply to this particular product but remember there is no technical support for Creative players and other Creative products.
