to make it short and sweet...this product protects the creative zen vision nicely, BUT DOES NOT OPERATE GOOD AT ALL WITH THIS CASE. IT IS NO GOOD AT ALL...THE BUTTONS WONT OPERATE CORRECTLY, SOMETIMES IT WONT TURN ON WITH CASE ON, THE CLICKER WORKS DIFFERENTLY AND YOU CANNOT USE THE PLUG INTO THE BOTTOM TO CHARGE...THE LEATHER IS TOO THICK TO BE ABLE TO PLUG THE CORD INTO IT.
THIS PRODUCT WAS TERRIBLY DESIGNED...A WASTE OF MONEY.

While this case may protect well, in order to do any navigation with your zen vision m, you will have to:
1. Take your zen out of this case every time you want to navigate
2. Do what I did and cut a huge hole in the middle of the case where the buttons are so you can actually navigate.
Don't be cheap like I was, put your money into a case that actually works.

After much research I decided to purchase this case for my zen. It's nicer than I thought it would be. The plastic covering the screen is very clear and durable. The kickstand is my favorite feature. All of the openings are in the right spot for accessing the controls. It appears to be a very durable and well made product.Digital camera Review: case and screen protector fine

i purchased the case (the black one) on the strength of the reviews that i read on it. I wasnt sorry!! this is a great case! it fits my zvm perfectly! i dont have any problem charging or downloading with the case on, it works just fine! the leather is high quality and the little metal loop is perfect for hooking on my belt with one of those mountain climbing things!!i love the kickstand option! its really convenient when i want to watch video or just show off my new toy!!!
