Digital camera Review: Couldn't Ask for More..!

It is an excellent product. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would give to that.
I have very good experience in buying stuffs online, especially from Amazon.
However, I never buy anything without a well research.
My main priorities were the quality, features and the value for money before I buy it. It is very rare we find stuffs with the match up with all those categories.
For example, an i-pod could be an excellent quality product but I believe that is unfairly overpriced due to the popularity and demand. But also ipods have very poor features. Most of them if not all ipods don't have radio, voice recorder common docking capabilities like this creative Zen product.
This product really has the quality, features and the value for money well exceeding my acceptable level.
I don't know why some of the buyers had faced some unfortunate situations and unhappy about it.
However, if someone pay $100 for this product and asking for the quality and features of a $1000 product is very unfair.
Digital camera Review: Couldn't Get Protected WMA files working

I couldn't get this product working with Protected WMA files. I interacted with online support for about 2 weeks via email (live support only 9AM-6PM central M-F, right when I'm working). Some of the steps: Upgraded FW, upgrade Windows Media Player 10 with updates, upgraded to Windows Media Player 11, reformatted, and reset to name a few. Protected files always get a playback error at the end of the song and eventually hang. I returned the unit to Creative and they sent me a new one, it had the same issue. I'm returning to Amazon for a refund and look for a more reliable player. By the way, the songs playback on the PC, my wife & son's MP3 players, so I don't think the files (or transfer mechanism) are the issue.
Too bad, nice form factor and screen seemed to have decent resolution.

I'd love to rave about this gorgeous little gadget and tell you it met every expectation I was seduced into by their website. But I can't. Not only can I not get my brand spanking new Zen off of "Recovery Mode" screen, I just wasted a HUGE chunk of my life trying to locate the phone number of the much touted "Complimentary phone support." Hint: It's nowhere on any printed matter or website by Creative. This is a great product at a great price. If you want a great entry level player, this is the one. Everything was easy to set up. I had it near capacity in no time.
The sound is really clear and the pictures look amazing. Note...when you set your songs up on the player make sure to tag them the way you want to see it on the Zen screen.
This is my one complaint: Here's what should have been in the box; Wall charger adapter, screen protector and the following...which is included...Zen player, earphones, USB 2.0 cable, installation CD, and quick start guide.
Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.

The Creative ZEN is superb as an MP3 and Video player. The 4GB model allows more than enough space for music that one likes to listen to all the time. The fact that is allows an SD Memory card is an added feature. It lets me store things like seasonal favorites without having them use system memory and sorting though them during the rest of the year. for instance, I have created an SD Card that just has Christmas music on it. The sound is very good, but as in most, the ear buds are not the best, but I have replaced them and use a headset that better fits my need.
