Digital camera reviews of Creative Zen 8 GB Portable Media Player (Black)Digital camera Review: Above Average Summary: 4 Stars
It's a good MP3 player. I just don't understand how some of the artists and things like that are categorized on the player. When I import them, I put them in a certain file and name them a certain thing and then have a hard time finding them on the player because it is not the same location and name as I entered.

I have had two of these players in the space of a week. Both broke down almost immediately.
The major flaw in this machine is the USB charging. You have to register it first, and it has to have power to register. If your battery runs out, you cant register, so you've got yourself a very stylish brick.
In short, Creative Labs made a very stylish player that has one fundamental flaws. Get an iRiver, a Zune or an iPod.
Digital camera Review: Affordable and practical alternative to the iPod cult. Summary: 4 Stars
I purposefully avoided getting an iPod for several reasons. I don't question their quality, but I don't like the proprietory software and the prices are a bit steap.
I have enjoyed this player for about 7 months now and it has given me very few problems. It's easy to navigate and customize. I actually use Photoshop to create my own wallpaper background. You can simply use Windows Explorer to drag and drop your mp3, wmv, or wav files into the Music folder. My only limitation is the 8GB hard-drive, but I knew for the price that it was a good bargain regardless.
I have only had a couple issues with the Zen. Sometimes, while transfering mp3s to the player, Explorer will freeze, which requires Ctrl+Alt+Delt to close it. It's not a big deal, as it doesn't happen frequently, but it is mildly irritating when it happens. I recommend only importing one album at a time rather than a large amount of files all at once. Secondly, I have encountered the so-called "white screen of death". This was easily solved by pressing the reset button (you need a thin metal device to press it through the tiny hole) and I didn't lose any stored information.
I do recommend getting protective casing, as the screen can get scratched fairly easily. I also want to mention that it comes with a file converter for video files, which makes it easy to import videos.
I highly recommend this player!
Digital camera Review: Amazing product Summary: 5 Stars
This Creative Zen 8 GB Portable Media Player is simply amazing. It's only a credit card size and yet it has twice the capacity of my iPod Mini, which is twice the physical size of my Creative Zen. I have several audio books on it already (as well as music)and I'm using only 10% of its capacity so far. The controls are very responsive and it works well. I find the sound and other qualities excellent.

Digital camera Review: Amazing!! Summary: 5 Stars
This is so much better than any ipod. The price is so much lower and the features so much better. My favorites are the microphone and the fm radio. With the microphone I can record old music from way back before CDs and get a great sounding mp3 out of it. I will never buy another brand.
