I fell in love with my ZEN. It is simple to use. Figured it would be hard to download files, but have downloaded music, movies and audio books. Hard to imagine life without it now. Carry it everywhere. Haven't tried photos yet, but I'm sure they will download and play just as easy. The sound that comes through the earphones is fantastic. Having lost two Ipods due to my own clumsiness, I decided to try a cheaper MP3 player, and now I regret it. The player is very nice, small, lightweight, sleek. But the software to transfer music to it is very annoying. Amazing little player...it does everything I require with ease. No matter where I am I always have my addresses, phone numbers, shopping list and notes. When I want to kick back, I listen to the radio, music or a book. I purchased several 4GB discsSandisk 4GB Secure Digital SD HC Memory Cards so I can take along a whole library or record store with me. WHEN YOU PURCHASE THIS ITEMS THE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ACCESORIES ARE VERY ATTRACTIVE (DO NOT BUY THE TRIPLE CHARGER SET CAR, CPU AND HOME) IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IT.
