I received this item promply. I started to put it together, and had missing hardware, and defective parts.I phoned Crosley, and odered the parts that I needed, but they never came. I ordered them again, and they got here twelve days later.The poor workmanship, plus poor customer service from Crosley, from the time that I made my order, to the time it took to get enough, and good parts here, I finally got my item put together, and useable in about 40 days.
