As usual, my order of a Crucial 2GB 667 Mhz CT25664AC667 DDR2 200-Pin SODIMM Laptop Memory Module, from Amazon was exactly what I needed, arrived quickly, undamaged and works great in my new Acer Netbook. I particularly like the complete descriptions that Amazon provides making it easy to decide if I'm ordering the right item.

Bought a new 1000HE netbook at the same time. UPS truck pulled up, I signed and took the boxes home. Popped open the 1000HE Asus, pulled the 1GB stick and inserted the 2GB stick. Easy to do. Plugged the 1000HE into AC, charged it up. Powered it up, worked like a charm. No problems at all. Make sure the stick is completely inserted BEFORE shoving it down to lock it. Why can't they come with 2GBs of RAM. Come on manufacturers, this is 2009, that stick only cost me $25. For $10 more on the 1000HE you can deliver it with 2GBs in it. Oh, wait. It might cut a half hour off the battery time, right? Ooops.Digital camera Review: ?????

I bought this memory. I was lead to believe it would fit me ACER ASPIRE ONE.( NOT )
I was a little ticked. But now my nephews lap-top works great,lol.. I'll find one that works on mine and then I'll be happy. Guess I should dig a little deeper when I buy something. My fault. Love Amazon though, they have always been pretty good. DONE

Purchased as an upgrade for my eee pc 1000HE as the standard 1Gb of RAM fitted to all Netbooks is inadequate. This memory module makes a huge performance difference and for the price is a "no brainer"

I have an ASUS Eee PC 1005HA for my field photography work running Windows XP. While it runs basic applications like web browsers without any issues, you need a memory upgrade to run programs like Photoshop Elements, and ProShow Gold. These programs get a boost from additional memory (an external USB-powered HD would help too).
