Digital camera Review: Did not work with cool max hd 360

Installed easily. Connected my Coolmax 360 HD external drive to the hub and started a backup. Backup hung in less then 500megabytes. Re-tried 3 times with the hub each try was a no go. Tried 3 times without the hub backup completed without a problem. I returned the hub. Will try the Belkin next.Digital camera Review: Didn't read my Toshiba external drives

It wouldn't read my Toshiba external drives, but my ugly ac powered Belkin could. When I plugged in my USB wireless card, it started fine but eventually lost internet connection. Was good for two printers, mouse. Looks Pretty though.Digital camera Review: Do you're green led's blink with activity?

This hub is working amazingly well so far! All of my devices are working flawlessly, its cleaning up my desktop clutter, and it wasn't too expensive. But I was wondering if anybody else has blinking green led's.

Like everyone else, the number of USB ports on my new computer was inadequate from the get-go, and I was already using a cheap non-powered hub. However, several of the things that needed to plug into that hub (like an external CD ROM) needed more power than they were getting, and the ports on my system itself were full. Thus, I started looking for a powered hub, and ended up with this one. It's got plenty of power, given that it connects not only to my PC through a USB, but also directly into the electric system via a standard AC plug (leading to the other problem everyone has, with running out of electric plug space, but that's a different review!). It's heavy. This is a good thing, as it provides stability and is a lot less likely to be knocked over by a passing cat. And... it's pretty! It really does look like a jukebox when it's all lit up, and the lights are pretty bright, but it's only about three feet from my bed and it's never bothered me at night.
