Digital camera Review: Good, but not Region Free

I like it. It's small, easy to use, and works well. I bought it to watch my region 2 DVD's from the UK. However, it wasn't able to read them. It displayed, "Wrong Region" on the screen, when I placed them into the player. All in all, I'm keeping it to use it as a standard DVD player.Digital camera Review: Great Product.

After a about a year's worth of research on inexpensive, region-free DVD players, I purchased a CH 300 for under $40 at a major retailer, and it's still going today (1 1/2 years later). It's played every disc that we've thrown at it (well, inserted into it-they don't work very well if you throw them at the unit), and barring some minor and temporary issues, it's worked nearly flawlessly. We loved it so much, in fact, that we purchased a CH 320 for $35 as a backup unit.Digital camera Review: Great Multi System DVD Player for very low price. May 2009

I own 2 of these DVD Players by Cyberhome. I have had each of them for over 2 years now. In fact one is well over 3 years. I use them to watch DVD's from Germany that is on the (PAL) system. I have also used other regions in both of these Players. When I bought my Cyberhome DVD Players each of them cost well under $40.00 US... Was worth every Penny.
My cousin in Sacramento, California also had this Unit and used it alot. I broke last year in September 2008 and he had it for 3 years... Great product for a low price... Today I just hooked up a new Multi Region DVD Player that is made by Philips DVP3140 (cost $45.00) hope it will last as long as my Cyberhome Players. And both Cyberhome DVD Players are still working as of today 15 May 2009...
