This adapter was difficult to install. I had to get D-Link's assistance. Once installed, it kept uninstalling. I bought it to link my cell phone to my computer. During the attempt to pair the cell phone to the computer, I was asked to provide a passcode, which I couldn't find, so the whole thing was an exercise in frustration. I sync my address book and calendar in Panther (MacOS X) to my mobile phone (motorola V555) and two Palms (m505* and Zire72)
*Palm m505 has bluetooth adapter.
I sync my images with my mobil phone too.

Bought this adapter to add Bluetooth to an older iBook G3. No problems whatsoever. Plugged it in and it paired with my Bluetooth mouse immediately. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the size of the dongle. It's smaller than many, but still protrudes from the side of the iBook.
