Digital camera Review: 6 months later it's still a brilliant device

I bought the Gamerlounge Router 6 months ago and was inspired to jump back into Amazon today and share how excellent a product it is. I spent very little time setting it up originally as the QoS stuff is mostly automatic. It worked out of the box exactly as I'd hoped, and has been doing a flawless job of keeping my Xbox Live experience lag-free while handling all the other traffic in the house with ease. The QoS management adds no appreciable delay or processing impact, even with 6 computers, 2 Xboxes and 3 mobile devices sometimes all using the network at once. It seems to especially handle outbound traffic better than other consumer routers I've used, streaming video to my iPhone at an external IP while downloads and gaming traffic go uninterrupted.
I guess the biggest testament to D-Link's effort with this router is that I haven't thought about it in months. It just works, exactly how I wanted and without any hassle. I'm very satisfied with the purchase and have since chosen several other D-Link devices that have been equally excellent and affordable. They really know what they're doing, it seeems, and the with the Gamerlounge Router have done an excellent job of understanding what customers really want.
