Digital camera Review: Couldn't be easier

Opened the box, plugged in, turned on: works without any problems. I was very satisfied with how easy installation and setup were. I have several desktops, laptops, and other devices on a wired network now connected to this switch and an SMC firewall/router/print spooler. Everything was up and running in a matter of minutes. Nothing is perfect, though: I had one issue with one laptop trying to print through the spooler. I replaced one of the cables and set MTU on the laptop to 1500 and all was well. Shipped from Amazon and arrived on time. The D-Link DGS-2208 ver.: D1 is connected with other brands of switches (NETGEAR and Linksys) cascaded. This switch is directly connected to another D-Link product (DIR-825) all are on a gigabit capable network. I have had no issues with connections, speeds or auto negotiations with any of the connected switches even with fast Ethernet only NIC's (100Mbit). I have only had this product for about a month. This is an excellent switch for your gigabit network. This is the second D-Link 8-port gigabit switch in my network. I also use the 5-port version without any issues. I recommend the D-Link brand because they have been very reliable for me and they are very pleasing to the eye compared to other brands.Digital camera Review: D-Link = Awesome router

First off this is an awesome router, easy to use, simple setup and awesome speed. The guy at Staples told me not to buy it and said it was bad and to buy a linksys. I told him listen here guy I bought a Linksys last time and the thing was garbage. Poor performance, lost connections, slow internet compared to D-Link and it crapped out in 1 years soon as the warrenty wore off.
