Digital camera Review: An inoffensive little appliance

What can you say about a USB hub these days? It works. It doesn't smell or make noises. It doesn't need any software or configuration. It's an appliance, and a good one.
It's not made to be admired on your desk. Stick it under there. At least all the USB outlets are on one side, rather than randomly distributed all over.

High Speed. Plenty of ports. 2 printers, mouse, camera... all ready to go. It would be nice if there was one with 2 connector cords so we could run all that equipment on both laptops. Has worked flawlessly since it arrived a month ago. While a bit more pricy than other hubs, the long USB cable allowed me to use the computers back side USB plugs. And the lighted sockets are a nice feature.
Update: 6/30/2007.... still working great and I bought a second for my sister. That should tell you everything.
Update December 2010: Three years of constant use still working just fine !

I bought two of these so I could stack them and add additional drives to my system. The were a snap to install and work great. They stack so take up little room. Recommend them.
