This is a very very fast reader, but is plagued with hot swap issues until you get the latest driver installed. unfortunately this rebrander does not have new drivers listed on their site but after buying the SIIG reader model#CE-000042-S2, I discovered that they are the same exact reader. Download the version 2 driver from their website, install, and enjoy. Now I have a spare.
