Whatever you do with this product don't put your $20 Apple earphones inside its slots. The silicon holes don't have openings for air to escape so when you push your earphones in, the pressure created damages the vibrating membrane inside. It will cause your earphones to lose volume and sound scratchy and distorted. Some people may not have noticed this because the distortion doesn't kick in until higher volumes. After using the slots my left earphone's volume was lower than that of the right earphone and distortion was significantly worse in the left earphone (because it was more damaged).Digital camera Review: Always saves my iTouch

I've owned my iTouch for nearly two years received this case when I got the iTouch. Other than the occasional cleaning, this case has never been off. So far - for nearly two years it's - SAVED my iTouch on countless occasions. The part in back where you wind the headphones is sometimes a little annoying but because it protrudes from the back of the sleeve, unlike other protectors, acts as a little shock absorber if the iTouch lands on it.
BUY THIS PRODUCT and save your $200+ investment from destruction.

I bought this thinking it was a nice tight wrap and would be sturdy but to my surprise,
the rubber fitting for a IPOD Touch wasnt compact..rather it wasa little loose such that
one can easily remove the rubber cover.
Even the Headphones dont fit correctly. There is no proper manual with the product which
states how to wrap them correctly.
I would say Waste of time and Money if one buys this product

I just purchased a Jam Jacket for my iTouch. When I tried to remove the earbuds from the special "Earbud Management" the fit was so snug that it actually separated the top of the earbud from the rest of it exposing the wires and actually breaking one of them.
I tried to get the manufacture to acknowledge this flaw and their reply was "We are sorry to hear of your disappointment. Unfortunately, we will not be able to meet any expectations you may have for compensation."
Great company huh? Never again. There are to many others that offer better products.
