The DLO Jam Jacket works pretty well, but is a little bulky. The Cord Management System works pretty good, and keeps the cords from getting in your way when you're pulling the iPod out of your pocket. The only real problem with this item is that it's a little bulky (which because of the CMS is to be expected) but it was barely able to fit in my back pocket (and I don't wear skin tight jeans). Other than that this item works like its designed too.
BTW if you're looking for something slimmer try the Speck SeeThru iPod touch case.
