The DLO JAM JACKET with cord management does exactly what it is advertised to do. I bought two for my kids. It keeps the earbuds coiled without damaging them. In the past the have just wrapped them around the iTouch and it has caused fraying and allowed the earbuds to be pulled off. This takes care of that. It fits snuggly, even after a month plus of daily use. Ultimately it will get loose, because that is the nature of the the material, just like the soft cover on an iPhone Otter Box. But if lasts 3-4 months, it has met reasonable expectations. This rubber jacket brings excelente protection again scratches and fall downs for your Ipod Touch. But the surface shield have a hard sticker that indicate the ipod screen side. When you remove it she leave a type of glue in the surface.Digital camera Review: Excellent

I have to say that the skin is a perfect fit and looks quite stylish. However, since it's made of that silicone stuff, it attracts all the lint in my pocket, but I'm sure all silicone products do that. Also, I had a hell of a time getting that clear shield on, but then again I'm kind of a clumsy guy.
Also, that earbud-holder in the back is pretty cool, but it's a hassle to do it every time. I just wrap them around the iPod just like I did before.
