This is really a great item! I love the fact that there are no wires. The problem (and you know there is always one) is the stick shift on my car gets in the way. I tried one from a local store before ordering from Amazon since I will save by not paying shipping or tax. If you do not have a vehicle with a jack, this is the best transpod simply because it has no wires, plus it is about 25.00 less than in the stores.Digital camera Review: DLO Transpod FM Transmitter

After much review, I decided on the DLO Transpod FM Transmitter for my wife's car. The Amazon website indicated that this unit was compatible with my iPod Touch, however this was not true.
When I received the unit, the setup was very easy & the sound was fine. Unfortunately, the device would not hold my iPod Touch when it was in its case, so that was definitely an issue. Also, once I plugged in the unit, the iPod displayed that it was incompatible & could not be charged via the DLO Transod.
Overall, my issue is with Amazon & the incorrect description which I based my purchase on. The unit itself seemed ok, however be mindful if you have a case for your iPods as this does not seem like it will handle any units with cases.

The sound quality is good, but the main drawback is the entension arm. On the first day, I was fiddling around with the arm and its screws (there are about five of them) and I accidentally turned a screw too loose. I went to go put it into my car, and realized one screw had fallen out. I looked for it for two hours, and even thought about going to the hardware store to buy a generic one, until I found it on the floor of my car, underneath the seat. Definitely be careful as to not lose any key components on the first day you have the Transpod.
