I didn't even completely understand what I was getting when I bought this. But I love this thing. I just put my SD card or SD adapter into this thing to view my pics on the computer at any time. Highly recommend it.Digital camera Review: Limited Formats

Despite the 6-in-1 label, it really only reads standard sized SD/MMC cards natively. To read the smaller formats, you must use one of the adapters that slides the smaller units into a standard SD sized carrier. Then it works fine, but it means you need to mess with an extra piece of hardware.

I love it. I'm not too computer savvy, but it works great for me. I mainly use it to upload digital pictures to send to family. Great price. I'm sure the electronic wizards will always be coming up with something "new and improved" all the time. But for now, I recommend it.
