I'm on my second case now from eforcity (bought it from them on ebay FYI, same price though). I just wanted to give a tip if you buy this...after putting the case on your nano, take some of that wide & clear packing tape and cut it to size over the video window (outside the case of course). Then when this casing gets scratched up to the point where the screen isn't viewable any longer, you simply peel the old tape off and slap a new one on. There's no easy way to open this case because it's small, both sides are firmly clasped together, and there's only a small slit on the closed end in which to put a fingernail to separate the sides. Once the sides are pried apart, the iPod nano fits perfectly and the two sides of the case easily come together with a snap. Be careful that the inside of the case and the nano itself are clean, because if a hair or a stray piece of dirt gets trapped inside, especially in the screen area, it will be highly visible, and getting the front and back sides of the case apart is even more difficult once the iPod is in place. The protection this case provides is excellent, and the iPod looks great inside its transparent sides. With all this in mind, the case can't be beat, especially at this price.Digital camera Review: Absoutly terrible.

Completly the worst case ever. When recived, I got it with a huge scratch on it. I decided to just deal with it, and then i wouldn't even touch the case, and I swear it would get more and more scracthes ever time I looked at it. I wouldn't pay a penny for this. For the price, it's a great case. It seems very durable. However, I was thinking that there would be a cover for the screen. I was wrong! I personally don't see the point in buying a case if there isn't any protection for the screen.Digital camera Review: Better cases are out there

I'd suggest going elsewhere. First, it doesn't protect the screen. Second, it sometimes doesn't like to close. Third, it won't fit a majority of docks, FM transmitters, or anything that needs a solid even bottom to fit. Taking it out to listen to it defeats the purpose.
