I'm a teenager who wants to get a nice little video camera to take with me on my graduation in June...i'm just hoping i can use this camera....my friend is moving to florida and i want to capture her on my camera for keepsakes.

With outstanding still-image resolution (up to 2976 x 2232), and 4x digital zoom, the DXG-305V produces great images of subjects close by or far away, whether you're using it as a still camera or a video camera. With 16 MB of storage, the DXG-305V stores plenty of memories that you can download to your computer. It also includes an expandable SD card slot for up to 512 MB of removable storage. As a camcorder, it shoots 640 x 480 video clips at 15 frames per second or 320 x 240 clips at 30 frames per second, letting you make MPEG-4 movies with sound to share with your friends and family. The USB interface makes it easy to connect the DXG-305V to your computer and use it to send video email or as a webcam for video chatting or web conferencing.
The DXG-305V has a bright 1.5-inch LCD display to provide optimum image quality and includes a 10-second self-timer, so if you want to take a group shot, you can be in the picture, too. Measuring a sleek 3.46 x 2.63 x 1.6 inches and available in bright, sassy colors, the DXG-305V will add pizzazz to any gathering.
