Digital camera Review: It works, with some quirks.

This charger successfully charges batteries. That alone makes it good for a discount no-name product.

The part where you get what you pay for:
Batteries will easily fall out when it is plugged into the wall. Using the charger horizontally rather than vertically avoids that problem completely, but you might not have a power strip lying around.

The plug on the back is near the top of the charger and offset to the right. It might use a single outlet when other chargers would cover up an extra one, depending on the proximity of the outlets and how they are oriented.

The indicator light is weird. It starts out red when the depleted batteries are loaded, then fades through orange into green when they are charged. I kind of like it.
