Found this item to be of adequate quality for the money. One drawback. It does not shut off automatically. You will have to remind yourself to remove from the receptacle within 24 hours or the batteries and unit will become hot. Feel I got my monies worth..

This product will charge the included four AA rechargeable batteries over 1000 times saving you hundreds of dollars versus buying non-rechargeable batteries. This product is an overnight charger that charges in 8 to 12 hours. Just pop it in the wall the night before your trip and you're ready to go in the morning. This product does not feature automatic shut off so it should be removed from the wall outlet when it is done charging to preserve battery life. This product is also compatible with AAA batteries. In order to charge AAA batteries just flip down the tab on the charger and it now fits AAA batteries. Flip the tab back up to charge AA batteries. The included 2500 mah rated batteries meet or exceeds all manufacturers' specifications.
