3 year warranty is a great plus.

I bought the battery as a gift for my wife to use with her iPhone. I can't tell if it's working or if it will. I'm holding off further judgement until I decide, but I need your help.
I plugged the battery into the computer and switched to the ON position to charge, like the instructions indicate. They say the light will turn green when it's charged and ready to use. When I was going to bed it wasn't charged yet so I left it on overnight. Woke up this morning and it's still red. I turned OFF, unplugged from my computer, and plugged into the iPhone with the iPhone USB cable to at least see if I could get anything. Switched to ON---nothing.
How long does it take for this battery to charge? Should I give it some more time or have it returned? Thanks for your input.
***UPDATE*** I have decided to return the unit. The battery won't even charge.

I'm a biker and I bought this to charge my G1 Android and/or Motorola Android Backflip phone on the road when the batteries died and I had no access to a wall or cigarette charger outlet. If the battery in either of these phones completely discharges you can get ONE and only one full charge on either phone if you power off the phone and let it charge. If you need to leave the phone on during the charging you can get about a %75 recharge. This is very useful but any idea of getting more than one full recharge on a smart phone is not realistic. In order to recharge the Duracell unit you'll need access to a wall powered outlet for about 3-5 hours. This thing can be a lifesaver just don't expect it to carry you through a cross country trip with a full charge on your phone.Digital camera Review: Decent Battery Backup

I use this as a battery backup for several devices. I charge my GPS, iPod and iPhone. They all will receive NEARLY a full charge with this device. I have used it as an emergency backup once or twice a month for the last year. I keep it in my backpack and use my laptop to charge it.
Two things would make it better.
1.) A full charge on an iPhone would be nice.
2.) A single LED is it's only usage indicator. Another status indicator (1/2 3/4 etc.) would be helpful.
