Digital camera Review: Awesome for Tennis Elbow!

If you have Tennis Elbow this unique "powerball" is a huge help. The device can get really difficult to manage and over stress your arm/hand if you get it revved-up too much, but if you simply use it in moderation it will cause blood flow to that sore area of your arm and within 2 weeks your arm will begin to feel better. The extra blood to that area of your arm actually helps the healing process on that very difficult to reach muscle group.
Takes some getting use to when starting the rotation, but within a couple hours I was able to strike the powerball across the palm of my hand and get it started.
