Great Card for the price. Easy installation
The main reason I picked this up was to watch on my TV through my VCR/DVD combo but I couldn't get it to work. After reading the manual again, I noticed that it mention won't see a any video if you hook up to a VCR, video mixer or using any adapters. It must be plugged in directly into the TELEVISON.
If you plan on using this to hook up to a VCR or with a RCA/S-Video Convertor to your television for an additional monitor....IT WONT WORK.
You can only view on a TV WITH A DIRECT CABLE CONNECTION TO YOUR TV. SVIDEO or HDMI ONLY. DON't place anything between your PC and TV. No VCR, no Extenders, no Adapters.
Other than that, this is a great buy for a great price.

This card is great for the price!!! I had an Nvidia geforce 7300le and was unable to play many of the games i wanted to. Since I got this card I can play everything without having to set the graphics and such to their minimum. The card only gave me minor set up problems.I had to download the XP drivers and my computer just lit up,what A difference.Great card for machines that need An easy upgrade.

The card did not come with the adapters shown in the pictures.It did not come with the DVI to VGA adapters or the 4 Pin adapter.The picture should be removed.The ad did not say it did.It is misleading.
I would hold off from buying to see if the rebate goes up.I bough the card with A $10.00 rebate and 3 days later it goes up.called and they would not budge.
Conclusion
I recommend the card but not the company.

Hard to add on to the good things that has been said about this product. I bought it to support my new HP 2009m 20 inch LCD Monitor (another excellent unit). Installed it on an old Gateway 9310x desktop computer and although it already had a 300 watt power supply, I went ahead and upgraded to a 400 watt power supply.
Being an OLD Senior with aging eyes, I was having difficulties seeing the recommended 1600 x 900 resolution (Monitor recommendation) and I wanted something a little bit larger like 1280 by 720. However when I went to change resolutions (in Windows XP display properties settings), I had only 3 choices: 800 x 600, 1024 x 768 and the 1600 x 900.
I went to the EVGA site, signed up and left a message for tech support. Normally it would take several days to get a response from most tech support areas. NOT with this company !!! THEY HAD EMAILED ME WITH AN ANSWER IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. I have contacted them TWICE and both responses were within that time. AMAZING!
BTW: I found out that I can set and CREATE a CUSTOMIZED resolution and after diddling around for a while, managed to set my resolution to 1240 x 660. And it's big enough for me to read easily, and the images are NOT distorted as would happen when selecting some of the other choices.
I AM A HAPPY CAMPER! ... AND KUDOS FOR BOTH AMAZON (which has always given me good service and now the EVGA TECH SUPPORT PEOPLE!
