I bought this graphics only three months ago. The fan makes grinding noise. It starts and stops, the temperature is not the real cause, there seems to be a sensor or software failure which is causing the fan to act up. I would not recommend this product.Digital camera Review: Fine video card

I can't give too much insight on this card. It works, is well made, was instantly recognized by Vista, and appears to be an upgrade from the low-end video card that originally came with my Dell E520. A real bargain for the price.
It initially had some noise from the large cooling fan on the card, but within 5 minutes the fan motor was broken in and now it's very quiet.
