Digital camera reviews of EVGA GeForce 9400 GT 1 GB DDR2 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card 01G-P3-N945-LRDigital camera Review: GeForce has the Force Summary: 4 Stars
I would recommend this card for any gamer who would like to get a nice fast frame rate while playing games. However, I would have preferred if the card had a direct connection HD15PIN monitor connector instead of having to use the provided adaptor. Although the box indicates that a minimum power supply of 300 Watts be used, to ensure that enough current reaches this board and its fan, I recommend that you ensure that you have a power supply with about 500 Watts.
To maintain the life of this video card, every three months the cooling fan should be cleaned using a can of compressed air. Also you should visit the web site of the manufacturer to ensure that you have the latest drivers. This will ensure that the latest games run properly.
I have tested this card on Windows XP as well as Windows Vista, and on both operating systems it operates flawlessly.
Digital camera Review: Geforce 9400 1gb graphics card Summary: 5 Stars
For $57.00 you cant go wrong, easy to install, it improved my world of warcraft gaming performance a lot.
Digital camera Review: Good Summary: 4 Stars
It would be unfair for me to rate the performance of this item as I ordered the wrong part for my computer and had to return it and get the right one. I am able to rate the speed in which it came and also the return process. Both were exceptional. It came three days before I was expecting it and the return process was quick and painless.
Digital camera Review: Good Graphics card for the money Summary: 5 Stars
No high tech review here, just a everyday user who got it for their gaming son. Our computer had a built in graphics card so installation was a bit more than just replacing an old card. We did some research ahead of time, followed the directions and were able to install it with little difficulty. The speed and graphic quality were excellent for the price and allowed my son to play his all his games with no problem. The only problem was not getting him off of the machine so others could use it. The sound of the built in fan is a bit louder than our computer was before but not bad enough to bother us.
Digital camera Review: Good Solid Card Summary: 5 Stars
I felt like I should share my experiences - I have no trainwreck story, nor do I have a GLOWING review - however as a little-above-average PC user I think I have a pretty balanced view.
I do video editing and graphic design by semi-professional trade, but as someone who is right outta college I don't have a whole lot of funds. THIS IS A GREAT CARD. Before this I was using the 128MB dedicated on-board graphics card of my computer and needless to say, this was shaky at best. After having installed this card in my computer there was a HUGE difference in quality. Now I am not an expert or a PC gamer that needs 50X Graphics 3D Shading Mark III or whatever there is out now...but I do need speed and stability, and this card has it.
It installed right out of the box with no problems in Windows 7, and already booting up into my desktop the graphics were smoother and faster...a lot easier on the eyes. Photoshop and Adobe Premiere CS4 both run WAY better...
If you don't want to break the bank, but want a good experience I can highly reccommend this card. The on board cooling is more than adequate, although if I was going to overclock I would probably invest in something a little more powerful!
No complaints here!
