You may be asking yourself, is this to good to be true? Believe me, I asked myself the same question. How can an inexpensive cable perform as well as the $100+ dollar cables sold by those cable "Monsters"?
Well I figured at a fraction of the cost what did i have to lose? so I took the plunge and ordered 2- 10' cables, 1 each for my new Samsung T260HD 1080P HDTV\Monitors and I must report they are incredible!!! I have never seen such clarity while playing Playstation 3 or my Xbox 360. Blueray movies are simple amazing. Don't waste your money on those expensive cables, your eyes will never know the difference.

I haven't used this with any 1080P videos or devices such as a Blu-Ray but I've used this exact cable to connect my PC and X-Box 360 to my 42in 720P HDTV. I have not had any issues and I bought two of these cables for less than $10.Digital camera Review: 720p vs 1080i vs 1080p

My tv is only capable of interpreting 1080i as is.
Besides, I have yet to see any difference between 1080i and 1080p or 720 to 1080 for that matter. It never hurts to future proof but for the money who cares. I use a cheap HDMI cable and a 40.00 cable and I can't tell the difference. It may be noticeable beyond 10-15 feet but I don't know. Buy what you feel comfortable with. I learned my lesson with Mons*er products.
