Digital camera Review: Pretty much as advertised

I bought this clock for my wife after her Oregon Scientific projection clock broke. The Emerson CKS3516 beats out the Oregon Scientific in every category. The clock sets itself, which is cool. The numbers on the face are big enough and the alarm works pretty much the same as any other clock radio. What I was impressed with was the brightness of the projection on the ceiling. On the Oregon Scientific, once the morning light hit, it was tough to see the numbers. Not with the Emerson. As advertised, they are bright and I have no problems opening my eyes just a bit to see the time on the ceiling. I also liked that you can tilt the projection and adjust where the time is on the ceiling. The Oregon Scientific did not have that option. My only complaint with the clock is that I was under the impression that the projection would be so bright that you would even be able to see the numbers at midday. This is not true. Other than that one negative, this is a great clock. And not too many people need to see the numbers in the middle of the day anyway.
