This is not the first 'switchboard' we have purchased. It is truly a useful item, however, it does seem to be fragile and doesn't hold up very well. But for the price, we decided to buy another. This latest one is defective (it doesn't work at all) and we have had no success in contacting the maker for return instructions. They give numbers to call for 'authorization', but those numbers are out of service. What now??
