Digital camera reviews of Emerson Radio Jumbo Triple Display Dual Alarm AM/FM Clock Radio with SmartSet TechnologyDigital camera Review: Awesome alarm clock Summary: 5 Stars
I plugged in this clock and it went to work automatically setting itself. When I don't have my glasses on, I am blind as a bat so the large display is perfect. Also, my wife and I used to have two separate alarm clocks which was quite cluttered so this dual-alarm function was great for us. Plus, it displays the time your alarm is set so you never have a doubt. Finally, the sensor for the snooze is great in the morning. You just wave your hand in the vicinity of the clock and it snoozes. No more fumbling for the button.
Digital camera Review: Awesome clock! Summary: 5 Stars
I bought a clock because I wanted to replace my dual-alarm clock radio. I selected this one because it also had the atomic clock function (it automatically sets the time). The unexpected surprise was the function that lets you set the clock's display to a dark mode. You just wave your hand over the sensor and the display turns on. This sensor also works as the snooze "button". I love it. The only bad thing about it, is the actual sound quality of the radio. Not the greatest, but I don't use it as a radio, so it doesn't matter to me when I hear a small snippet of music before I snooze or turn it off.
Digital camera Review: BRIGHT clock radio Summary: 4 Stars
I like this radio...especially the auto-set feature. No more flashing time after a power outage. The display is extremely bright...hasn't been a problem for me. If a bright display on your beside clock bothers you, then this one will be too bright for you.
Digital camera Review: Best Basic Auto Setting Radio Summary: 5 Stars
I bought this radio as a replacement for an old bedside clock radio that is malfunctioning. Clock is easy to setup - all you do is plug it in and set your time zone (US only). Best of all it has instructions on how to reset the radio to automatically adjust for the new daylight saving time dates starting in 2007 going through 2099 (wonder what people will be using for clock radios then?). It comes with its own internal lithium battery (user replaceable) for remembering clock settings and automatically resets clock to proper date and time once power returns. It has 2 alarms that display the alarm time or if the alarm is off (It displays "OFF") so no more guessing about if you remembered to set the alarm or to the right time. Another bonus is you can set the alarms to go off everyday, weekdays only, or weekends only. The display can also be dimmed if you like. My only complaint (and very minor at that) is in order to turn the radio alarm off you have to press the radio on/off button and I wish it was a little bigger so it is easier to find in the dark.
Digital camera Review: Best Digital Clock ever!!! Summary: 5 Stars
It sets the time itself.
If the power goes, it resets the time and the alarms too. ANd you can see the time both alarms are set - can set them for weekdays, weekends or both!
You can completely turn off the clock digits if the light bothers you, but you just pass your hand by it and the time will turn on.
It also has a button to press to see the date.
And it resets itself for daylight savings time.
I have 3 myself and have bought them for gifts too.
