Amazon shipped me ERP511GRN (slightly different packaging) but fits just the same. I called the Audiovox number to verify warranty and for now it is lifetime. I registered the product on their website just in case. Seems to be holding good charge and I am very hopeful. My understanding of filing for a claim is you need to keep a copy of the purchase receipt and send $5.50 or so for return shipping, so it's still worth it. Previously bought a battery off eBay trying to save money and it only lasted a few months. Very pleased that I learned of the availability of the Er-P511 as a replacement for the Panasonic P-511Y cordless phone battery. I was about ready to dispose of the Panasonic phone because of the poor reliability and life of the Panasonic batteries. Fortunately, the phone is functioning like new again with the Er-P511 replacement battery and I'm looking forward to a lot more life from the phone.
