I have a Panasonic cordless phone, which I love. But I was ready to throw the thing out when the first battery failed after only one year of use. (And I don't speak on the cordless phone very much at all!) But I saw that Amazon sold a replacement battery from Panasonic, and bought that. But it too, failed in a year. This time I got smart -- I read what folks were saying about the Energizer ER-P511 over the Panasonic P511, and took a chance. What a difference! The battery is stronger, doesn't have a memory, and hopefully, will last longer than the Panasonics. Sure, they make good phones, but lousy batteries. So far, the Energizer is a great battery. These replace the equivalent Panasonic batteries that had a very limited lifetime, and are more expensive. This was a no-brainer.
