Digital camera reviews of Energizer L91BP-8 Lithium AA Photo Battery (8-Pack)Digital camera Review: Amazing battery life Summary: 5 Stars
I took these to burning man, where you can't stop by the store and pick up more when batteries die. I filled my entire memory card (650 pictures), and the battery still showed full. I'm up to about 1000 pictures taken now (about 1/3 with flash), and the battery is showing half charge left on the original batteries.
I'm using a Kodak EasyShare CD82

Digital camera Review: Batteries "forever" Summary: 5 Stars
We read about using lithium batteries in a digital camera. We bought these for a cruise we just took. We took over 500 pictures and some video with our camera. We are still using the first two batteries! Worth the extra cost for the amount of life you get and we don't have to pack and take the recharger!
Digital camera Review: Batteries Exceed Expectations Summary: 5 Stars
I purchased these batteries after reading the most favorable review in Consumer Reports magazine. Although I normally buy whatever alkaline batteries that happen to be on sale when I need them, I ran into a situation where the normal BJ's special batteries just were not performing as I needed. My battery tester showed that the alkaline batteries were at full strength, yet when placing them into one of my indoor/outdoor/atomic clock/thermometers into both the transmitter as well as the receiver, no communication was taking place between the units. I tried several batteries over the course of a week. What a waste of time. I thought that the transmitter was not transmitting, but was able to rule that out by using a different indoor/outdoor/atomic clock/thermometer with the questionable transmitter. So now I had to determine if the receiver had gone bad. On a whim I decided to insert a pair of these into the receiver, and within 20 seconds the communication link was established, and has remained so since putting them in. Although my particular application has a minimal draw on the batteries, another advantage is the long long battery shelf life. By my estimate, it will be several years before I need to replace these batteries because the electrical draw is so low.
I bought the same batteries for use in my digital camera, while on a trip to Sedona, AZ, and they lasted much longer than I had expected. Although I normally use NiMH batteries in the camera, I had inadvertently brought the wrong charger with me, and so was in a position where I needed batteries. btw, those batteries lasted for over a month of intermediate use; moderate use in Sedona, and light use after returning home.
Digital camera Review: Batteries recieved dead Summary: 1 Stars
I purchased these batteries for use in my digital camera. I put two in the camera and the other 2 in the bag. Long story short. They were all dead. I tried in 3 other devices (Mouse, remote control and booklight) and there was no charge. There was still 2 years left until the expiration date so I can only assume this is just an inferior product. It looks liek other reviewers didn't have this issue but I would only buy these from a bricks-n-mortar store where they could easily be returned (or go with another brand).
