These batteries work great with my digital camera like other reviewers mentioned. I'd like to emphasize the pricing of this item. 4-pack Energizer NiMH batteries are priced @ $15.99 plus tax in your local department store like BestBuy. I bought mine from a reseller (Batt-Shop) here at Amazon.com for $11.99 including shipping and no tax. So if you want to save bucks click the "used and new from" link and compare the merchants. I just gave up and threw out these batteries, after only a couple of months. I had them in rotation (with two other sets of rechargeables-- Duracell and Sanyo) in my digital camera. In the beginning, they were fine and comparable to the other brands. Now they don't even last one day in my camera. Sometimes I get only a handful of pictures in before they die. I don't have that kind of patience... I won't buy Energizer rechargeables again.Digital camera Review: Brand name rechargables

These are Energizer brand rechargeables. I can't really speak to their quality compared to other brands - as this is the only brand I've purchased recently. I generally use these in remote controls, wireless mice, keyboards, etc. I feel much better about popping a newly charged battery into one of these rather than a whole new battery.
They don't seem to last as long as conventional batteries - I certainly wouldn't put them in your smoke detector, but for frequently used items such as those I listed above, they are nice.
I went with a brand name and a product that was priced competitively. When it comes time to buy some more, I won't necessarily buy the Energizer again - I'll probably read the reviews and buy the least expensive one out there with decent reviews. YMMV.

The Energizer bunny crapped a big turd when he made these batteries. I bought these batteries to put in my digital camera and my wireless optical mouse. After the initial charge, I put these in my Canon 540 Sure Shot digital camera and I didn't even take three pictures and they were dead.
The set that I put in the mouse didn't fare any better either. I will say that the second charging did better in the camera, but the optimal mouse eats them like candy. They won't last more than a day in my mouse, and that is after the third charging now.
Save your money. I recommend you purchase the lithium batteries more than these. Even the regular Energizer batteries last longer in the mouse than these rechargable ones do. Someone else might get better use out of them, but I sure didn't.
