Digital camera reviews of Energizer Rechargeable AAA Batteries (4-pk.)Digital camera Review: I have no no problems! Summary: 5 Stars
I'm not sure why others on here are giving these batteries a bad name. I have the AA version and have used the same ones for over 3 years now.I use them in everything from my wireless mouse, to my digital camera, and have had zero problems! The main reason I got them was due to regular name brand batteries running out on me within maybe 20 minutes of using them in my digital camera. I got rechargeables, and they last forever in my digital camera as well as last a very long time in other electronics. To the other guy who says he missed his lecture due to the batteries running low even after charging them for two hours, it seems you may have charged them too long as most chargers including mine only take 1 hour, and overdoing it will kill them as they build up cell memory. Overall these batteries are great, and a great long term investment!
Digital camera Review: M.a.h., important. Summary: 1 Stars
The first reviewer is refferring to the mah. I don't know exactly what it stands for, but these batteries have 750. The best have 2500. That's over 3 times the lifetime before needing recharged. Save money with Rechargables by all means, but get good ones if they're the same price.
And get a 15 minute charger :)
Digital camera Review: My wife says they don't last Summary: 2 Stars
I got these for my wife who listens to AM radio on her portable Sony radio while commuting on the bus and train, 5 days a week. She would run through a ton of regular alkaline AAA batteries so rechargeables made sense.
She has a pair of the Energizer's and a pair of Duracell's that are of the same capacity and she says that the Energizer's are terrible and hardly hold a charge. We use a MAHA MH-C401FS charger which charges each battery independently so they don't get overcharged. What else can you say about rechargeables? Either they last long or they don't. These Energizer's DO NOT. We recently got a pair of Sony AAA's and they seem to be even better than the Duracell's.
Digital camera Review: Not the best Summary: 2 Stars
I don't know if it is the charger or the batteries but i haven't had the best of luck with these. I use them in my flashlight at work and i don't more than a week of use. \
Digital camera Review: Pathetic Summary: 1 Stars
Sorry, but if you're going to market a product as "rechargeable batteries" then they should not only be rechargeable but they should also work as BATTERIES.
The charge in these batteries drains in about 72 hours, whether you're using them or not. Period.
Call me crazy, but if I'm going to put batteries into something, they should work for a while.
And you know how I know? Because the very next week I went out and bought Duracell rechargeable AAA batteries and they last about FIVE TIMES as long (about two weeks - versus a paltry three DAYS with the Energizer brand).
I will never buy Energizer rechargeable batteries again. Go Duracell.
