Multipack is represented as a 4 pack (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) but I received a 3 pack (no black cartridge)...When I went to reorder, my account page states that I already purchased the 4 pack...if I send the first order back, are they just going to send the wrong item if I reorder! I guess I'll just go to WalMart because I can no longer wait for printer ink!

Even after reading the other reviews, I ordered this item thinking that it contained color cartridges plus a black one. I'm not sure what was misleading about the information for the advertised products. However, it contains only the three color cartridges. I know of only one place in my area that sells the tri-color pack and it is not at an office supply store (although one of these stores does sell it ONLINE). It is a better deal and I love the colors that come out (a lot truer than some other inks).Digital camera Review: Best Ink for the Printer

I use my printer for a few things: School projects (because I live far enough away from my school, and I don't pay lab fees), and some light professional work. I have been able to get a good enough quality prints from my Epson C86, and even though it's at least five years old, I will probably stick with this printer for a while. Because of that, I only want to use the best quality ink. I have been burned by generic inks before, and when clients are paying for one of my printed designs I can't afford for my printer to have hiccups. Sometimes the printer is at fault, but a lot of the times in the past it has been my ink that causes issues. Since I started making sure to buy Epson ink for my Epson printer I can get flawless prints most of the time, even though I still like to use a professional print service sometimes.
Buying on Amazon saves me a bit of money, and my printer gets the ink it needs. It's a win/win.
