These earplugs are comfortable and do a great job of lowering the volume without taking away all the high end frequencies. I play the drums in two bands and use them all the time. I use these exclusively for motorcycling. They fit comfortably in the ear for long rides, and are much easier to insert/remove than foam disposables.
The moderate attenuation level filters the wind and other loud noises such as vehicle tire roar, but still allows me to hear horns, sirens, and other things happening around me. My rides are much less tiring with these earplugs.

This is a great item, I've used it for several concerts and it allows you to hear the full range of sound at lower volume unlike foam plugs which just dull the sound and restrict the range of sounds you hear clearly. My only complaint is that the rubber flanges on the plugs arrived bent because they were crammed into a package and not stored properly. This was also the case with a $75 MP3 player headset by the same company that I also ordered from Amazon. Since an exact fit inside the ear is crucial for top performance this is very disappointing.Digital camera Review: Excellent product - works exactly as advertised!!

I've always worried about the damage live concerts could be inflicting on my long term hearing, but I never did anything about it until recently. These are simply the best thing for a live concert!! They work completely as advertised.
I discreetly put the earplugs in once I entered the concert arena. A slight upward tug on the top of the ear and easy insertion into the hearing canal.
Since I purchased the clear ones, no one could even tell I had them in (even after asking them if they could see them!).
The sound was clear and excellent, just a bit quieter than normal. When I left the concert, I did not have the usual issues with temporary reduction in hearing ability. I was completely normal.
Best product I've ever purchased for such a small amount of money. Honestly, this is my first product review on Amazon even though I've been purchasing items for years!
