This battery is the same size and has the same fitting as the OEM BT-800 that I replaced, BUT, it states on the battery itself that the capacity/strength is only 600mAh, NOT 1800mAh as stated in the product description, nor even as high as the OEM BT-800. Consequently, I don't know whether I bought a battery that will hold a charge or last very long. I probably would been better off paying twice as much for an exact replacement (also offered on Amazon.com by another seller). So far, the phone is working, but how long it will last, or whether I'll have as much talk time as I used to, remains to be seen. If this battery were a more expensive item, I would return it, but it isn't worth the hassle (perhaps this is what the seller is counting on). My Uniden phone says to use only a BT-905 battery. When the original battery died, I replaced it with a Radio Shack battery which worked fine. Now that it's on its last legs, I decided to try this product instead of giving Radio Shack another $14. This battery failed to take any charge overnight, so I'm going back to Radio Shack! It's not worth returning since the shipping was more than the cost of the battery, so I thought I'd at least leave a bad review...
The battery sent was a GE TL26560. This Amazon link GE Cordless Phone Battery for Panasonic Phones (TL26560) indicates that the TL26560 may be compatible with Panasonic and Sony, but doesn't mention Uniden (there are no phone brands mentioned on the actual battery). That link also says the battery is discontinued, so this product may just be a catchall for selling off overstock and discontinued batteries, since I've seen other brands mentioned in the reviews.
