Amazon had an amazingly low price on this unit compared to anything else online. Arrived in a huge box, was very easy to unpack and setup (put on the casters and plug it in!). The casters may have been a little finicky, but once seated correctly they are not going to fall off! This unit was out of the box, plugged in and eating large sums of paper in 10-15 mins. I used it for four large paper bags of personal material which has stuffed going on three lawn and garden size trash bags in just a couple of weeks. It has not jammed, I have not had ANY Problems with pushing the basket back into place after emptying and it will eat a considerable amount of paper very easily. It shreds credit cards and CD/DVD with ease as well. Very hungy machine! Highly recommended. I have only owned this unit for about a month now, but NO COMPLAINTS. We replaced a shredder that purchased at Office Depot about a year ago. The shredder we replaced cost a few dollars less, but it never worked like the Fellowes 99Ci. The only annoying feature is inserting a bag to collect the shredded paper. There is no easy way to firmly fasten the bag that will allow the shredder to operate. Ultimately that is a minor concern that is overshadowed by the way the unit shreds paper.

We received the shredder last week and have tested it. I'm very impressed. It is very quiet and fits nicely under the work-surface. The pocket on the side is a great place to store the manual and the oil. With those two things close by, there is little excuse for anyone in the office to be frustrated when lights illuminate or to avoid doing maintenance when it is needed.
