Digital camera reviews of Fellowes Shredder Oil, 12 oz. Bottle with Extension Nozzle (35250)Digital camera Review: Awesome! Summary: 5 Stars
First, the two bottles I bought arrived two days early. No complaints about that. Both were in one box which reduced the shipping charge. Again, who doesn't like to save money? There is no odor to the products. Then again, I've had my nose broken several times. Take that with a grain of salt. Finally, instead of pouring it into the shredder, which is what I thought I should do, I contacted the maker of my shredder. They told me to pour some of the oil onto a piece of paper and shred it that. Using that technique would ensure that all of the cutting parts are oiled with the least amount of waste.
Digital camera Review: Best Accessory for Fellowes Shredder Summary: 5 Stars
Machines need lubrication. Fellowes is savvy enough to alert you to that and provide the right oil for their shredder. It's a great investment to protect your shredder.
Digital camera Review: Best price for shredder lubricant Summary: 5 Stars
This is the best priced shredder lubricant out there and it's from a shredder manufacturing company. Though there are other options to lubricate your shredder (such as lubricated paper), there is no substitute for the real thing. All you do is pour this directly onto your shredder and it will keep the blades from rusting and losing it's edge. Recommended for any shredder (not just confetti-cut as it is being advertised as)
Digital camera Review: Big bottle Summary: 5 Stars
The oil is needed to keep your shredder working properly. Trust me, I messed one up by not oiling it.
This bottle will last a lifetime.
Digital camera Review: Bigger Bottle Than I Expected Summary: 4 Stars
I think this bottle of oil will last a long time. It is much larger than I expected. (Guess I didn't read the product description). The container makes it easy to lubricate my Fellows shredder and the cap fits tightly so I don't worry about accidental spills after the cap is snapped on. The shipping seal over the top of the bottle was difficult to remove while being cautious not to spill the oil.
