This is one of the easiest products to use. My seven year old figured out how to use it in 10 minutes. It works very well for recording videos and it is so easy to upload the video to your computer. Small, light, simple to use. Hooked it up to my MacBook and could import the videos into iPhoto or just copy them to the hard drive in Finder. Encodes video as .avi at 640x480. Good video and audio quality. Great for standard home videos. Also a great alternative to reference pics for presentations and such... instead of taking pictures of a room, why not record a walk-thru?! Two of my friends bought one after seeing mine and they love it... in fact, they don't leave the house without it!
Note: video takes up lots of hard drive space, so make sure you have space to spare.

The Flip Mino packs a lot of punch in a little package. Very simple to record and download videos. I purchased it for my 10 year old and she could immediately make videos, download and post them. I highly recommend the Flip Mino.
