I heard from other reviews that the item was a tight fit and they were not wrong. It's great for storing your flip, but if you're going to be using it a lot, it isn't that practical. Wow, I've never had a carrying case that's as difficult to use as this, the first time I put the flip camera inside, it took me at least 3 minutes. In order to be a useful case, the time taken to take out/put away the camera should be on the order of 2 to 5 seconds. With a little practice, you can take the camera out in under 5 seconds, but be prepared to spend at least 10 to 15 seconds putting it back in. Instead of making me want to take the camera everywhere with me, this accessory actually makes me want to use it less for fear of having to put it back in its case. I think the $15 I spent on the case could easily have protected the case in the form of 2 singles and the $13 worth of batteries to be able to use the camera more often would have been much more helpful than this case. I would definitly recommend this case... to an enemy, but certainly not a friend.Digital camera Review: Horrible Case

This case was absolutely horrible...the whole thing is sewn shut to the point that there's a tiny little slit that you're supposed to squeeze the camera through. I can't imagine a more poorly designed case for this camera...Digital camera Review: I love the Flip Video Soft Pouch!

The Flip Video pouch fits snuggly over the camera, protecting the camera without adding bulk. This means I can throw the camera in my pocket knowing the camera is protected. As I looked at the other reviews, I am baffled by the negative tone. The fabric stretches easily over the camera; the flap is easy to use. The workmanship is solid; the pouch is well made. I just got my Flip. And I like the soft pouch -- I will not buy this one based on the awful reviews. Well, the reviews themselves are good, honest -- but the product, the case, they say, "bites wind" to quote ALF. Why flush money down the toilet?
