I wouldn't buy this again...and recommend that you don't either. I thought it would be a velcro or snap pouch but it is more like a pillow slip...and a tight one at that. And, it's not like you can leave the camera in the case to use it. It's a buggar getting it in or out.
DON'T get this...unless it's thrown in FREE in some sort of offer, and then it would be good as a dust cover for storage or when the camera is in your purse.

OK, I really like the Flip video recorder. Maybe the company felt they had to make a bit more on it, so they contracted out this pouch for 25 cents and sell it for $15. Not a bad way to recoup the discount on a great video recorder.
The soft pouch that comes with the Flip is fine. Save yourself some $$, buy some extra batteries, don't bother with this thing.

The pouch is very hard to use.
Kind of stretchy, but difficult to get camera in and out of pouch quickly. Definitely not worth $14.99

You can find a better case for the Flip, and probably for less money. Try Walmart or Ebay. This one won't protect your Flip from impact and if you drop your Flip while it's wearing this, it's going to break. Also, it doesn't fit all that great; you have to really squash it in there.
