Digital camera Review: Loved it until it died!

I bought the Flip Ultra for my son for Christmas 2008. He loved it - it was super easy to use and took great videos. Then, it died. It wouldn't power on. Tech support said to remove the batteries for 72 hours and then replace them with fresh ones. We did this and still had the same issue - camera would beep and then die. Since we've had it for more than 90 days, they wouldn't do anything else for us. We'll be looking for another brand of camera.
