Seller sent this out very soon after I placed my order. I had ordered tweezers just like these a few years ago on QVC and they were my favorites so I thought it's time for a new pair. These aren't as good quality as the original (old ones really grasped each hair with no trouble), but that's a manufacturing issue not the supplier. Thanks for the fast, attentive service. I would feel confident ordering from them again!
