AWESOME CAMERA! Just what I wanted. The thing I wanted MOST is a FAST, FAST camera. This is it, this camera takes super fast pictures of my little girl in action. She is usually almost impossible to get a good picture of. My HP camera was so slow in comparsion. If megapixels were higher I would have given a 5 Star. In my camera I used the H-speed 1GB card, it is also super fast. Pictures upload to my computer (50 pics) in about 2 seconds! Using PICASA, Amazing! Once again Amazon have topped the hit parade, dispatching the camera to an hotel in New York, arriving beautifully gift packed ready for the arrival of my wife. Wonderful service, I cannot thank them enough for a fantastic price which could not be beaten . My wife was having a hard time seeing the small displays on other digicams but wanted a small cammera. I did my research and this is the biggest display on a cemera this size - shockingly it went on sale at Amazon for less than 1/2 the price of its nearest competator. The Good: Great display. It sees in the dark. It shoots and saves VERY fast. Movies are great. Very easy to use. The bad: it doesn't alwways get the focus right. The pictures are a little noisy. It doesn't have the face recognition of some other cameras. There is a proprietary battery that would be nice if it lasted a little longer. Replacements batteries are actually weaker.
Now my wife uses the camera as a photo album. She's happy so I.m happy.

For $149. You will not find a better Compact Camera. The Photo Quality is Excellent! The LCD display is great (no view finder is also a plus)... At this price... Buy 2 of them.
