Digital camera Review: Drivers hard to get, poor tech support

I was fairly satisfied with my scanner until I had to obtain a new computer, switching from Windows XP to Windows 7. The scanner's drivers will not work with Windows 7. I have tried to download new drivers but, for some reason, Fujitsu does not provide the full set of drivers on its websites, only a hodgepodge of updates. I have been trying, for 3 weeks now to contact someone at Fujitsi about this issue without any response. This is a long time to be without use of the scanner and will probably need to retire the unit (only two years old) and look for another brand with more reliable and accessible tech support.Digital camera Review: Easy to Use

Works great, a bit pricy however.
If you need to do a lot of scanning the price is worth it.
Comes w/a good software package as well.

Delivery was fast and on time.
The scanner has had high usage since delivery and has performed without problems, an occasional paper jam (mostly due to my overfeeding the scanner).
I strongly recommend the product, easy to use, so far reliable, and fast.
You will not be disappointed.

An excellent product in a small package. I have been using it for a long time now and I have been able to digitize not only a lot of paper work but some of my books too. Very easy to use. A free copy of acrobat is a bonus. Expensive but worth the money.
